In my family, there are 5 members including me, my father, mother and 3 brother. my hobbies are reading book, newspaper, cricket -football playing, listening music and watching TV.
My strengths are hard work, all time stay on positive mindset and self motivated.
My short term goal is to get a placed in a reputed company like yours and long term goal is to set my life at good position and explore my knowledge .

Ans: Alhamdulillah, in five years , i see myself as an integral part of management who has helped contribute to the growth and success of the organization and continue developing my skills , knowledge in order to be able to take one more responsibility within the company.

Ans: Every People has some Positive strength/ weakness in his life . I am not exceptional in this ,i have some Strengths and weakness which are..

Ans: Alhamdulillah's , thanks to yours for saying some lines about my educational background.
I graduated with honors, earning a place on the merit list for multiple semesters during my undergraduate studies in (….subject name) in (…College/ university name) . I also received the Best student Award in my final year for my exceptional performance in Research project. ( you may also add S.S.C , H.S.C result).
9. have any best / worst boss in previous company, say something about him ?
Ans: We are working as team or body in a company . Current manager is one of role models for my career and one of the reasons I’ve been in this position .He has a skill for finding the unique talents of each person on the team and customizing work to match our interest and abilities and help to set our goals. I hope to apply that personal approach to project management in future position.
On the other hand, I experienced with a interim Manager on short notice before our current Manager. The situation was not ideal because the manager was new and less experienced . It was a bonding , stressful experience and learned more.
10. How do you ensure is work is error free ?
Ans: Man is not upper to error, when I will face extremely difficult situation to take diction , I am always open to ask for team members suggestions. But , I have habit of reviewing everything before send out the on email or daily keeping records.

12. How do you handle stress ?
Ans: I have found that stress and pressure can actually be a great motivator .I have learned to use pressure to stay focused on my tasks and make sure I deliver everything needed before the deadlines , in that situation time management skills help greatly for me to stay on top of the tasks and prioritize them effectively. Communicating with my team helps me keep situations under control and manage my stress levels.
15. What is leadership experience ? Do you have leadership experience (Ans. with example) ?
Ans: Leadership Experience : Leadership skills are compatibility of some skills , that organizing other people to reach a shared goal. The most important leadership for career progress are decisiveness , integrity, problem-solving , dependability, relationship- building and the ability to teach and mentor.
Example of leadership skill in my career :
( For Fresher) Our teachers encourage us to work together to complete certain tasks . we have arranged a cricket tournament in victory day, I was team leader as secretary . we have completed that tournament successfully.
(For experienced ) Suddenly local people and factory people jointly attack our factory for salary increase and other facilities .Situation is out of control. I call their leader and discussed about their demand and inform our chairman Sir . we handle tough situation smoothly.
16. What is your greatest achievements ?
Ans: The reduction in the cost of our office supplies resulted in a 10% saving per year, with a further 15% saving thanks to the new paperless system I put in the place . This 25% reduction in spending was so well received by my superiors that they also awarded me employee of the year for my hard work on this project.
17.Can you tell me about any difficult situation in your previous work place or in production or product quality inferior problem and how you overcome it ?
Ans: When I first started working in Bakery industry as a sales man, I have face with various difficulties situation. Suddenly some customer cancel the contract with us. Then i investigate and identify root cause analysis , delivery man corrupt with customer. I take action immediately and overcome the difficult situation.
18.How do you handle conflict at work ?
Ans: Conflict is a common issue between employees in any organization which effect overall organization development. At first , identify the main reason of conflict then call them personally and talk with them . Again call them and try to solve their problem and motivate them for work .
19.How do you define Success ?
Ans: Success is subjective and there is no one right answer.
Successes is having a fulfilling personal life or reaching a certain level of professional achievement or positively impacting the world.
